Everything is sold out! When can I purchase? We tend to restock the shop in large batches 4-5 times a year. This allows for greater efficiency. Most restocks sell out quickly so we recommend subscribing to our newsletter so you don’t miss.
How is each Grayson White Ceramics piece made? Each piece is made from a clay called stoneware and wheel thrown then fired between 2284-2345 degrees fahrenheit (cone 10). Due to the handmade nature, no two pieces will ever be identical. Every Grayson White vessel is unique in its own way.
How should I care for my piece? All pieces are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. But, we do recommend avoiding warming to very high temperatures as the piece will be hot to touch and sensitive to thermal shock (cold to hot, or hot to cold). As with any handcrafted item, washing by hand is recommended.
Is it oven safe? We do not recommend placing ceramics in the oven unless marked otherwise.
Is it possible to pick up my order locally at your studio? Yes! If you wish to pick up your order at the New Jersey studio, you can choose “Local pick up” during checkout. We’ll reach out directly after via email to arrange a time.
Is your packaging eco-friendly? All of our packaging materials are recycled forms of paper. Our goal is to remain environmentally - conscious along the shipping journey.
Do your glazes contain lead? No. We only use lead-free and food-safe glazes unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping lead time: Shipping for in-stock items (shop drops) takes approximately 3-4 business days. During holidays, please expect a lead time of 5-7 days. Please note that custom orders take anywhere between 5-7 weeks. We ship via USPS and UPS.
International shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns and exchanges: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations of wares. However, if something breaks during shipment, please let us know! Send us a photo of the broken shipment within the first 10 days of receipt, as you found it in the box, and we will replace your piece if it is in stock or recommend an alternative option.
